Our team’s ability to thrive in highly competitive fast-paced environment like NYC speaks to their talent, ambition, determination and the “rigid flexibility” required to assuredly manage student groups of 20-500+ on the ground at the destination. This team spirit is present in all of the cities in which we serve.   

Directors & Boosters have enough on their plate tending to the wellbeing and musical excellence of their students. A director from Ohio in a review said that we “sweat the small stuff“.  The booster president said “this is the 4th trip we have been involved with planning… our first two trips were with another travel company, and I can honestly say SBNYC is the best student travel company I have ever had the pleasure to work with”. Our team works with you from start to finish to ensure that you, your staff, the chaperones and students have a meaningful and superior group travel experience.

After experiencing T.E.A.M., the Students On Broadway difference, some directors and boosters have opined that we set the standard for on the ground student group management, especially on our home turf in NYC. Whether it’s our team’s red jackets, shirts, flags, or light sticks, feel assured that we will stand out in a crowd, in the middle of Times Square, below ground in an NYC Subway station, on the train during rush-hour, in a Disney World bus parking lot after the park closes on New Years’ Eve, or in any of our other cities and get your traveling ensemble from place to place in a safe & organized fashion.

Our Red-Jacket teams work in tandem to provide a tight knit; small town community feel in big cities and in crowded places. From surprise birthday celebrations to a group centric T.E.A.M. leadership approach to on-the-ground management, our collective goal is for your students to return home safe, enriched, and motivated to be their best selves.

  • CLASS ACT!

    When we as the band directors and chaperones loaded the bus for the final time, class act is how we described Students on Broadway. We can’t imagine this trip without them. They were there from the very beginning up until the very end. It starts at the top with Jerry and extends to Aerial and Jessica for all of the organizing. We met in their office for the first time last Thanksgiving and shared what we wanted our kids to experience. They made every single detail happen and then some. JT, our tour manager, was phenomenal. He never left our side and addressed every concern we had and calmed our nerves when necessary. All five of our tour guides on the buses were beyond phenomenal. Our students gave them a genuine standing ovation this morning when checking out of our hotel. Tonight when saying goodbye, many of them were in tears. Students on Broadway is special. We were so thankful to have you on our team this week!
